William H survived Gallipoli and Egypt. He is named on the Macclesfield Christ Church school panel; scroll down for his picture sent to me by Bernard, his grandson.
Frank, a teacher at Bunbury, volunteered in 1915 and was discharged on medical grounds in 1917. He died in 1929 aged 41 before he could take up the headmaster’s post he had gained.
Fred, 7268, was an early victim. On 11th November 1914 he was reported to be seriously ill in a Sheffield hospital.
Arthur E and Joseph’s names are on the plaque in the Knutsford Memorial House.
